Located in Westminster Arcade, 65 Degrees is a cozy café founded by passionate coffee and food enthusiasts from Hong Kong. Since opening in December 2022, they’ve been dedicated to crafting the perfect cup of coffee and serving a delightful array of authentic Asian dishes. The café’s name is inspired by the ideal milk temperature for espresso-based drinks—65 degrees—ensuring a silky, creamy texture in every sip.

At 65 Degrees, you’ll find an enticing menu featuring favorites from Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Don’t miss their signature dishes, such as Satay Beef Soup Noodles, HK-Style Fried Chicken Thigh, Hong Kong-Style French Toast, Char Siu Sandwich, Japanese Soufflé Pancakes, Curry Katsu Don, and Silky Egg Sauce Katsu Don.
